Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Below is the e-mail correspondence from one of the attorneys which relates how Parks is denied from ever filing in Gwinnett County Court, Georgia, any additional harassing, baseless, and libelous pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against anyone, under penalty of fines imposed against him if he ignores the Gwinnett County judge's warning.  There were absolutely no court orders against the victims (the Buchanans) and there was certainly no court order against them to pay anyone over $4,000.00.

Subject: RE: Attorney fees hearing

The Court denied the motion for attorney’s fees.

The case was assigned from Bishop to Batchelor to Laura Tate on the day we arrived for the hearing.  I prepared a notebook of web postings from Mr. Parks, his filings in this case, his filings in other cases, and his previous boastings regarding his legal prowess.  I explained, in detail, the 15 year history of harassment and his open acknowledgement that he does not intend to stop.  He countered by suggesting that Judge Bishop had not given him an adequate opportunity to establish his case and that he did not wish any further contact with you.

The judge stated that she was denying the motion this time because Mr. Parks did not have an attorney.  However, she stated that now he had knowledge of the workings of the court and another lawsuit like this one in Gwinnett County would end differently.

I understand (1) that his comments about wishing to end the conflict between you were bald face lies, (2) that the verbal warning he received from the judge about filing further lawsuits will not even slow him down, (3) that a warning from the judge buys neither you nor me anything in this matter, and (4) a simple dismissal of the case without any sort of repercussion to Mr. Parks gains you very little.

Because we agreed that I would prosecute the motion for attorney’s fees only, this brings an end to our professional relationship.  I wish you luck in your future endeavors.
