Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

    Since about 2000, Ken Parks has knowingly and maliciously libeled Paulette Buchanan and others by making false accusations against them of child abuse and other crimes.  Parks has made these baseless accusations on his multiple web sites and on chat forums.  The letter at the bottom of this page from Connecticut's Department of Children and Families confirms that Ken Parks has committed libel against Paulette Buchanan (Ken  Parks currently has a non-extraditable fugitive status arrest warrant issued against him in Connecticut for harassment).  As the official letter from Connecticut's DCF indicates, Paulette Buchanan has never been accused of nor investigated for child abuse for the simple reason that she never committed child abuse, nor any other crime. 

    A 30 page document is on record with Connecticut's Department of Children and Families indicating that Ken Parks was repeatedly investigated throughout 1989 and 1990.  In the last investigation, Ken Parks was investigated by the Rocky Hill, Connecticut Police Department due to neighbors' and family members' complaints that Parks left his very young children in his apartment by themselves for many hours during days and nights.  During this investigation Ken Parks fled with his children from Connecticut to parts unknown.  The mother of the children hired a private investigator to find her children, and the mother eventually won full custody of her daughter by court order.  Parks' two older children later left their father by their own choice to live with their mother. 

    An e-mail found on the main page of ministrywarning.com from Ken Parks' own daughter, now an adult, gives a small glimpse into her "father's" abusive behavior against her and her brothers. 

    Ken Parks has also claimed that he was physically attacked by the ex-husband of Paulette Buchanan.  Mrs. Buchanan never witnessed any such event and would have never approved of any such occurrence.  Ken Parks did, in fact, lunge at and hit Mrs. Buchanan in the head approximately fifteen years ago, during the same time when she and other family members witnessed Ken Parks' child abuse, neglect and abandonment against his own children and reported those activities to state authorities.
