    Below is an example of the libelous Internet harassment and defamation campaign committed by Ken Parks against his victims.  Parks has a fugitive status arrest warrant issued against him for the crime of harassment in Connecticut, and he was previously  convicted in Georgia for battery and trespass in crimes against women.  Parks identified Bernardino de Vincinzi, a city employee of Vigevano, Italy, as being his "best friend."  Parks has given indications in writing that Vincenzi was the person posting the ETC Ministries web site with Altervista, the Italian web host company owned by Gianluca Danesin.  Danesin finally removed Parks' previous kenfactor website from Altervista after a number of Parks' harassment victims cited sections of Italy's Data Protection Law, of which Danesin was in clear violation in the hosting of Parks' libelous, defamatory and harassing kenfactor website.  Also, documentation regarding Vincenzi's role in Parks' stalking and harassment crimes was given to a number of Italian authorities in Vigevano, the northern Italian town where Vincenzi works as a town employee.  As of 2007, approximately 20 domestic and foreign web host companies have shut down Parks' websites because of his libelous and harassing content.  Vincenzi also seems to have distanced himself from Parks; in February, 2007, Vincenzi did not renew Parks' libelous and insane etcministries web site that he had posted for Parks at Danesin's free Altervista web host company.

VIGEVANO, ITALY (KP) -- Ken's younger brother told him that when she lashes onto something, she's like a pit bulldog and will not let go! He was referring to their wonderful sister, Paranoia. Ken shakes his head in disbelief, "We are fourteen years into this family squabble, and she still can’t let go and get a life!"

Ken's sister, whom he has nicknamed "Paranoia," has attempted to harass his friends and Ken on several occasions over the issue of his website(s). Ken firmly states, "Paranoia has contended that she has never sought to have my website taken down. Let's read this letter and see if her assertion holds true (includes all grammatical and spelling errors).
Dino reads Paranoia's letter she sent to the Mayor of Vigevano and contemplates how he should respond to the "Silly American."
Mayor,

I have already sent a message to you regarding the libelous, malicious and defamatory website that my brother Ken Parks claims he is now having "friends" in Italy publish for him in their names. My brother identifies Bernardino de Vincenzi as one of his friends. I and other family members have already had several of Ken Parks' previous websites removed because of their libelous and malicious content. Is Mr. de Vincenzi aware that Ken Parks claims in his website to be a prophet of God and that God told him to write his libelous hate-filled website? If Mr. de Vincenzi isn't the friend who has agreed to post Ken Parks' website in Italy, then does he know who is going to post it? Is Mr. de Vincenzi aware that his own picture and information about his official city position and his family are posted on Ken Parks' website? Is Mr. de Vincenzi pleased to be associated with all the malicious lies Ken Parks has posted on all his other web pages?

I have contacted the police here in the US about my brother Ken Parks' continued harassment via his website and unwanted e-mails to me. I have not done nor said any of the things my lying brother claims in his website. I am ready to resort to posting my own website to defend my good name and reputation. If I do not hear back a prompt and professional answer from you and/or Mr. de Vincenzi regarding this serious matter, then I am ready to post that information on my website as well. I am greatly angered that my name and reputation has been smeared all over the world through the Internet, and now one of your city officials may be aiding my brother or may know who is aiding him to again post his malicious website. I request an immediate answer from you and/or Mr. de Vincenzi on this matter.

Dino and Ken jokingly searched all over Italy and could not find the so-called "on going investigation."

Mrs {Paranoia}

 Vigevano's Mayor sent me your e-mail, asking me to answer you on his behalf too, and he and mr Ken Parks read this same message for knowledge. I don't know if and how mr. Parks can use a website in Italy and I don't care that: for sure I guess he doesn't need help by anyone to get a web site in Italy, since he is an expert in computers. I don't guess someone is aiding him to use a web site in Italy, but even if I knew, surely I wouldn't report that to you and you have no right to ask to our Mayor or to me something like that.

About mr. Parks I can only say that he is a friend of mine, one of my best friends, and that I am proud to be his friend and yes, I know he has news and pics about me and my family in his web site and I and my whole family are proud and glad to be mentioned in his site as italian friends.

I absolutely don't care what he writes about you in his site and, more again, it isn't my matter what happens between you and him. I have nothing to do in matters between Ken Parks and you: as I just wrote he is one of my best friends and I am proud to be, and not more. To sum up:

1) The Vigevano Municipality hasn nothing to do with mr. Ken Parks web site;
2) The Vigevano Municipality doesn't care what an american guy writes about his sister;
3) The Vigevano's Municipality doesn't care private matters of his
officials;
4) I have nothing to do with mr. Ken Parks web site;
5) I don't care and it isn't my matter what mr. Ken Parks writes about his sister.

Often I read what mr. Ken Parks sets in his site, since he is one of my best friends, but I don't express judgements about what he writes concerning you: I don't care and it isn't my matter, as I said. Since the problems between you and mr. Ken parks are not matters which could concern Vigevano's Municipality and me, please don't send never more to me or to Vigevano's Municipality letters, messages, e-mails about the same matter and, of course, don't dare to write anything about Vigevano's Municipality or about me in your web site, in which case we would be obliged to contact our consulate to take care of our legal interests.

Ken jokingly remarks, "I asked the Charlie Chaplin chap in Florence if he had seen the 'on-going investigation'. It was odd. He couldn't talk, but only blew that silly whistle."

Paranoia can't seem to let go of her vicious bite, and must have been itching to respond. Ken took notice of something, "I have noticed in all of her correspondence, constantly mentioning my name, she never once carbon-copied (cc'd) to me. How impolite!" Paranoia responded as follows:

Mr. Vincenzi:
My email to your mayor and your email response to me, in full, will be handed over to the authorities who are now investigating the criminal nature of Mr. Parks' website as well as the criminal activities of those who are posting his website in his name. His previous arrest record for breaking and entering will also factor in as precedent to this ongoing investigation.

OOOOOOOOOOHHH, all of us are very, very scared! Be sure we don't care all your denouncements about your private matters
against another american citizen: we are Italians, living in Italy and we are a government's structure.

For your own interest stop this ridiculous attitude which you are having. Mrs. {Paranoia}, please, don't bother us with matters which we absolutely don't care and which doesn't concern us. Notice please that we won't never more reply to your absurd e-mails. Best regards, for the last time.
