Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Below is evidence of Bernardino de Vincenzi's aiding and abetting criminal Ken Parks in his stalking campaign against one of his many stalking victims.  The below "complain for abuse" e-mail Vincenzi sent is in reference to an earlier web site published by Parks' many victims as a public warning about Parks.  Vincenzi resorted to libel and defamation in his "complain for abuse."  Since February, 2007, Vincenzi has given indications that he is no longer in support of Parks.  Vincenzi had posted for Parks one of Parks' libelous web sites, the fraudulent etcministries web site, at Gianluca Danesin's free Altervista web host company in Italy.  Vincenzi did not renew Parks etcministries web site in February, 2007.  Previously, Italian authorities in Vigevano, Italy (where Vincenzi is a town employee) had been provided much documentation by Parks' victims that showed Vincenzi was aiding and abetting American fugitive Ken Parks in his libel, defamation, stalking, and threatening campaign against dozens of people.
