Community Terms of Use

1. MEMBER CONDUCT

Member represents and warrants as follows:

• Member shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
• Member warrants that he/she is Forumer.
• Member shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations having the force of law, including, without limitation, those laws and regulations pertaining to intellectual property, rights of privacy and publicity, defamation, and obscenity.
• Member shall not use the Services or the forumer.com, Inc. to transmit any communication, message, or content that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, harassing, threatening, harmful, libelous, defamatory, abusive, slanderous, hateful, sexually, racially, or ethnically objectionable, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, indecent, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful.
• Member shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to The Site's database or other computer systems.
• Member shall not attempt to interfere with any other person's use of the Services.
• Member shall not misrepresent his or her identity or impersonate any person, including, but not limited to, any employee of forumer.com.
• Member shall not engage in any activity that constitutes or facilitates "spamming" or the sending of mass, unsolicited messages.
• Member shall only use the Services for Member's personal use and shall not use forumer.com for any commercial purpose, including any resale, timesharing, sublicensing, or transfer of the Services.
• Member shall not use Community Services to disseminate any information about persons less than 13 years of age.
• Member shall not hold him or her self out as sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with forumer.com.
• Member shall not attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software programs used by forumer.com.
• Member shall not engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Services or forumer.com, including, without limitation, the use of any virus, worm, trojan horse, time bomb, trap door, denial of service attack, automated repetitive requests for information, or any other device that causes damage to any hardware, software, or equipment used in connection with the Services of Community.
• Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their member name and password.
• Member is responsible for al uses of their account, whether or not authorized by you. Member agrees to notify forumer.com of any unauthorized use of their account.
• All judgments concerning the applicability of these guidelines shall be in the sole and exclusive discretion of forumer.com, Community reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor the Services to enforce these guidelines. Nor does forumer.com guarantee that any monitoring it does perform will be to Member's satisfaction. Upon learning of any violation of this Agreement, forumer.com, in its sole discretion, may (i) require Member to remedy such violation; (ii) partially or completely block access to Member's account; (iii) suspend or terminate Member's use of the Services; and/or (iv) take any other actions that forumer.com deems appropriate to enforce its rights and pursue all available remedies.

 

2. PICTURE GUIDELINES

To Avoid Losing Your Membership at Community, please follow the Picture Guidelines

Any user found to be in violation of any of these terms may have their pictures and account deleted.

- you must be Forumer.
- photos must be in .JPG or .JPEG format
- you can only upload your own recent photo,
- no pics of your cars, house, pets, friends, unless you're in the pic too.
- no pics of models, celebrities or actresses or any person other than you.
- no group pics unless you indicate which person you are (in description).
- no baby pics.
- your complete face must be in every pic you upload to your profile.
- no pornographic or adult content.
- no middle fingers, rude, obscene or inappropriate content.
- no blurry pictures
- no photos with guns pointed at yourself or others
- no more than 1 pic per image uploaded
- no thumbail/tiny photos
- no too dark or two light pictures. If our screener cannot clearly see your face you photo will NOT be approved.


2. acBUCK$$$ REWARDS PROGRAM GUIDELINES

We will immediately terminate your participation in acBucks Rewards program, and will ban your access to Community, if we believe you have engaged in any of the following:

a) Any kind of cheating or fraudulent activity, including creating fake accounts to earn acBucks. We employ a state-of-the-art cheater detection system, as well as constent monitoring of all accounts.
b) Referring non-Forumers to signup, or placing our banner on a completely non-Forumer site. acBuck$$$ will only honor points earned by referring Forumers.
c) Altering by electronic, mechanical or automated means or other technologies, that may now exist or come into existence, the acBucks referral code or acBucks site URLs belonging to or identified with accounts other than your own, or causing the modification or substitution of acBucks referrral code or acBucks site URLs belonging to or identified with accounts other than your own, that may reside within or originate from a third party syste.

Limitations Of Your Participation In The Program
Forumer ADMINISTRATION, in its sole and exclusive discretion, shall have the right at any time to change or modify the acBucks Program. Forumer shall at all times have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to terminate the Program and any and all Program Benefits relating to Your Participation in the Program at any time and may do so with or without prior notice or cause. Forumer has the right to terminate Your’s and any other person’s participation in the Program at any time and may do so with or without prior notice or cause.
