Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

    Prior to February, 2007, Gianluca Danesin, who operates in Italy his free webhost company Altervista, was knowingly in direct violation of Italian Data Protection Law and his own company's Use of Space (Terms of Service) agreement by posting Ken Parks' libelous ETC Ministries website (hosted in 2004).  Danesin had been contacted and made aware of the specific violations that Ken Parks had been committing with his Altervista-hosted etcministries website yet, until February, 2007, he unprofessionally refused to respond by taking down Parks' fraudulent, libelous and exploitative ETC Ministries website.  Parks is a fugitive wanted for the crime of harassment in Connecticut (on a non-extraditable warrant).  Danesin had been made aware of Parks' criminal history and the current arrest warrant out on Parks.

    Since early 2004 and up to February, 2007, Parks stated that "friends" in Italy were posting his ETC Ministries website for him.  It seems apparent that those "friends" who were aiding and abetting Ken Parks were likely benefiting from whatever monies Parks may have fraudulently obtained from unwise donors.   It has been reasonably assumed that the only reason any webhost owner would be irrational enough to post up a website like Parks' ETC Ministries website -- a website that clearly violates Italy's laws and Danesin's own TOS -- would be to participate in a scam for personal monetary gain.  It seems quite obvious that Gianluca Danesin showed unethical behavior and had no qualms about aiding and abetting Parks, a convicted criminal and fugitive.  He also didn't seem to care just how badly it looked for his own webhost company to host the insane ramblings found on Parks' ETC Ministries website.  As further proof of Danesin's own apparent dishonesty as a business owner, he includes useless links to E-zines on his main Altervista website page, claiming that other organizations have praised Altervista as a good webhost company.  Clicking on those links does not show any such confirmation by those E-zines.

    Danesin and Parks' mutual friend, Italian citizen Bernardino de Vincenzi have already demonstrated that they have participated with Parks in cyberstalking Parks' victims.  What needs to be emphasized is that Danesin and Vincenzi have NEVER MET any of the victims of Parks' cyberstalking, libel and harassment campaign.  Yet these two "friends" have acted like typical cult followers of their "leader" Parks by unquestioningly joining him in harassing innocent people that they don't even know.

    Since February, 2007, when the renewal of Parks ETC MInistries website with Altervista came due, Bernardino "Dino" de Vincenzi chose not to renew Parks' website, possibly indicating a falling out between Parks and Vincenzi.

    Below are further indications that Parks is deliberately operating his ETC Ministries as secretively as possible, claiming that his Italian "friend" was posting his fraudulent "ministry" and "charity" website for him in an Italian name, address, and other contact information.  Journalist Michael Barrick, who has written for Ministry Watch and other media, contacted Ken Parks in the spring of 2005 to ask him about his "ministry."  Below are the content of the e-mails, in which Parks shows himself to be defensive, paranoid, and rude when merely asked about his "ministry" (Click here for other similar responses by Parks on chatrooms when asked about how he handles financial issues for his "ministry"):

    The Italian based web site was created with the permission of using an Italian friend's address, telephone number and other private information so as to remain anonymous.
    Again, I will answer to your "ongoing" research/questions only after you reveal as to whom, what, where and how you acquired my name and telephone number.  Please reply.

    The so-called "cease correspondence as you've requested" seems to be a fabrication on your behalf to alter what I have written.  I NEVER requested any such thing!!!!
