Click here to return to the Photographer Scam / Ministry Warning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken  Max Parks of Johns Creek / Duluth, GA.  Max is an alias Parks adopted around 2006.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Johns Creek / Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Parks' licensed home-based businesses Weddings Thru The Lens LLC / Photoworkshops TTL, LLC were only licensed in June, 2011 after Parks was ordered to do so by court order from the Johns Creek Municipal Court.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

    After an off-again-on-again relationship, Parks married Joni McConnell in February, 2006 and moved into her residence at the 11950 Carriage Park Lane address.  At the time of his marriage, Parks' current wife, Joni McConnell Parks, had a minor child.  Parks' current wife broke off their first engagement in the spring of 2005, shortly before their first scheduled wedding, due to finding out about Parks' web sites and his cyberstalking campaign against his family and former friends.  Yet she allowed Parks to re-enter her life and she married him in February, 2006, with full knowledge of his criminal history and his ongoing stalking and harassment activities against others.  When Joni McConnell Parks was notified by investigative journalist Michael Barrick in December, 2006, about her husband's fraudulent ETC Ministries, Joni Parks submissively excused her husband's libelous and fraudulent content by stating that "he likes to write."  In July, 2007, Ken Parks' wife was contacted by his mother and informed of the truth about Parks and his stalking and harassment campaign against his many victims.  Parks' mother tried to reason with Parks' wife so as to have her urge her husband to take down his libelous and malicious web sites.  Parks' mother also informed Parks' wife that the MinistryWarning web site and possibly Mr. Barrick's news article would be removed if her husband permanently stopped his years-long stalking and harassment campaign and all search term results on all search engines showed no more libelous and defamatory information about Parks' cyberstalked victims.  Joni Parks admitted she had tried previously to talk to her husband about taking down his web sites and leaving people alone, but she confided "You know how men are.  They won't admit when they need help."  Joni Parks admitted she was fully aware of Parks' criminal history, including the fugitive status arrest warrant issued against him for harassment, and she also admitted that she would never want anyone posting up libelous and malicious content about her on the Internet.   Joni Parks is also aware of her husband harassing the employer of his sister in his attempts to get her fired based on his libelous statements against her in his harassing e-mail to her employer and libelous statements made on his web sites.  Joni Parks again admitted she would never want anyone contacting her employer with harassing lies in an attempt to get her fired.  She contradicted herself by admitting sometimes she believed her husband's accounts against people and then admitted that his posting of known lies against his family and his former friends is wrong and "strange."  She described her husband Ken Parks as "very angry" and she admitted that her first husband was abusive and that there is a history of abuse in her own family.  But regardless of any past abuse in her life, Mrs. Joni Parks freely chooses to allow her husband Ken Parks to continue his crimes in her home and she is therefore guilty of aiding and abetting a criminal and harboring a fugitive.  It is very sad that Joni Parks seems to believe that she must submit quietly to whatever harm her husband Ken Parks chooses to do against so many people, apparently refusing to admit that this is yet another form of abusive behavior.  It seems apparent that Ken Parks' current wife Joni is the primary wage earner in the marriage because Parks has a long-term record of unemployment and under-employment.
