Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

    Ken Parks has posted libel and apparent death threats on FACTnet.org's message board and other chat forums and message boards, just as he once posted up on the Maggotpunks chat forum about having "militant extremists" go to "visit" two of his victims.  Notice the same IP addresses used by Parks' to post comments from his bruce_almighty and etcministries avatars (posted from 24.99.220.59)

    In the first excerpted post below found on FACTnet's message board, Ken Parks wrote about creating false police and court documents against his victims, and he accuses his victims of doing the same on the website, www.ministrywarning.com. 

    Also on FACTnet's message board, Ken Parks has written numerous posts threatening to take his victims to federal court.  He then wrote in the second excerpted post below that he decided not to pursue that course of action, and then issued a cloaked threat as his "last resort."  The last of his excerpted posts includes a veiled death threat in which he questions if the husband of one of his victims has "insurance" on her.
