Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Below is a copy of Parks' resume that he had posted up on the Internet through his church's career website (Johns Creek Baptist Church in Alpharetta, GA; the church no longer has Parks' resume listed on their career website).  The highlighted sections of employment dates show direct contradictions with statements that Parks wrote on his previous kenfactor web site pages regarding his unemployment dates.

Also highlighted on Parks' resume is his Education and Accomplishments section in which he claims to have the "equivalent" of a Bachelor of Science degree.  He listed Georgia Tech as one of the institutions from which he obtained credits.  The registrar's office at Georgia Tech was contacted and there were no records to indicate that Ken Parks ever registered for any courses at Georgia Tech.  The records go back in time to well over twenty years ago.

Things Changed

ATLANTA, GA (KP) — From all appearances, it looked as if Kenfactor had gone on a sabbatical for nearly one and a half years. Yes, Ken took some time off to get things straightened out. And, during that time, several things have changed for Ken. Without having to go into all the details, Ken has come up with a list of happenings.

This small 3-bedroom home in Duluth is where Ken finds solace. It has a nice back yard for Snoopy and a fireplace to keep us warm during the winter months. It is close to the Gwinnett Mall and other convenient shopping locations.

Sept.-Oct. 2002 - Ken was still unemployed, had run out of his unemployment benefits, and was in dire need. The people at Trinity Baptist Church had helped Ken out by providing some money. In late October, Ken made the decision to move back to the metro-Atlanta area, in hope of a new job.

Nov.-Dec. 2002 - Ken had worked for a small computer store/repair facility in Duluth, GA and lived with his oldest son until he could find a place of his own. Ken started attending at First Baptist Church of Duluth.

Jan. 2003 - Full time employment finally arrived for Ken, and things appeared to be going well.

February 2003 - Ken finds another place to live. His other son, Caleb, decides to live elsewhere.
