Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken, Max Services, LLC, and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

PARTIAL LIST OF KEN PARKS' LOST PRO SE LAWSUITS:

1.    Gwinnett County, Georgia:  04-A-08311-6    Kenneth F. Parks vs. Paulette Buchanan (Parks' sister), DISMISSED, with warning by judge Laura Tate in 2005 that if Parks files any additional baseless pro se lawsuits against his victims that he will be ordered to pay court fines.

Attorneys' fees were sought against Parks in an April 2005 hearing after the dismissal of his 2004 pro se lawsuit.  The attorneys' fees amount was much higher than what the victims of Parks' harassing and libelous pro se lawsuit paid to their attorney; their attorney worked pro bono for them after Parks' baseless lawsuit was dismissed and simply sought compensation for that pro bono work against Parks should the judge award the higher amount asked for by the victims' attorney.  Possibly due to Parks' demonstrated disturbing behavior in the Gwinnett County Courthouse, Judge Laura Tate verbally warned Parks to never enter Gwinnett County Courthouse with any more of his pro se lawsuits or the outcome would be different for him.  Parks told the judge that he wanted nothing more to do with his victims, yet his ongoing harassment via chat room and web site content has proved that he has perjured himself.  Click here for victims' attorney's e-mail describing the outcome of the attorneys' fees hearing Prior to the attorneys' fees hearing, Parks' victims received an unexpected windfall of money which more than offset the small expense (well under $4,800) they paid their attorney to have Parks banned from filing any more baseless pro se lawsuits.  This is in addition to the fact that their attorney worked pro bono for them after Parks' harassing and libelous pro se lawsuit was dismissed.  In relative terms, Ken Parks spent more money in court fees for making his multiple filings for his lost pro se lawsuit than his victims had to spend to succeed in having him virtually banned from filing any more harassing baseless pro se lawsuits.  As was confirmed later on, Parks asked another family member, from whom he's also estranged, for financial help to pay for all of his multiple filings in his baseless pro se lawsuit against his cyberstalked victims (the family member refused to give him any money).  During this same time, Parks was laid off from yet another job and denied severance because of poor work performance.

Parks actually implies that he won his pro se lawsuit against his victims and that his victims were ordered to pay over $4,800.00 in court ordered judgments.  In reality, the documented evidence shows that Parks lost his harassing and libelous pro se lawsuit via dismissal and he absolutely did not receive any monetary judgment, nor were there any judgments against his victims to pay anyone over $4,800.00.  Rather, Ken Parks is virtually banned from filing any more of his baseless pro se lawsuits in Georgia's Gwinnett County Courthouse under a judge's verbal warning that he will face a more serious outcome if he disregards that warning.  Ridiculously, Parks has been threatening since 2004 that he is right on the verge of filing yet another pro se lawsuit against his victims.
