Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Although Parks fails to mention on his etcministries website the name of the church in which he is a member, it is confirmed that Parks is a member of Johns Creek Baptist Church (JCBC) in Alpharetta, Georgia.  Parks claims on his etcministries website that his church has given him full support in his libel and stalking campaign, as well as shown support for his fraudulent "ministry."  Johns Creek Baptist Church's leadership consists of Senior Pastor Bill Self and Associate Pastor Michael McCullar.

Pastors William Self and Michael McCullar of JCBC have been provided with much documentation on Ken Parks as well as the URL for www.ministrywarning.com regarding the aggressive harassment and libel campaign launched by Parks against his victims since 2000.  His victims have been helped by another pastor in Gwinnett County, Georgia, who has also been one of Parks' harassment and defamation victims.  This pastor intervened on behalf of Ken Parks' victims by contacting McCullar to inform him of the truth about Parks.  Below is the summary of their telephone conversation, which indicates that JCBC's leaders acknowledge that Ken Parks is a member of that church and that the church leadership will "not allow him to teach in any situation" (apparently Parks has requested more than once to be one of JCBC's teachers):

Apart from the above one-time response by McCullar to another pastor who notified JCBC of Parks' illegal behavior, the leadership at JCBC has refused to respond to official documentation of Parks' criminal history and the current arrest warrant issued against him in Connecticut for his crime of harassment.

On Parks' etcministries website he includes an article against his former brother-in-law who is a homosexual.  Parks has stated many times how much he is against homosexuals and homosexuality, yet the leadership of Johns Creek Baptist Church, specifically Senior Pastor Bill Self, are openly in support of welcoming practicing homosexuals in their church, with no apparent call to change their behavior.  In light of all of the facts given to JCBC's Pastor Michael McCullar regarding Parks and his hatred of homosexuals, it seems rather deceitful on the part of Johns Creek Baptist Church and their leadership to state that they openly welcome homosexuals while harboring the homosexual-hating Parks in their church:

Georgia: Southern Baptists bans gay-friendly churches

Georgia's Southern Baptists said their vote to exclude congregations that endorse homosexuality was aimed at same-sex marriages and not gays as individuals.

The vote came Tuesday as more than 2,400 representatives from churches around the state attended the Georgia Baptist Convention meeting in Columbus. There are more than 1 million Southern Baptists in Georgia, second only to Texas.

A very small number of Baptist churches in Georgia endorse homosexuality, said the Rev. J. Robert White, executive director of the convention.

The Rev. J. Gerald Harris, who was named the convention's new president, said Southern Baptists welcome homosexual individuals, but can't allow churches to advocate their behavior.

"The unanimous verdict of scripture is that practicing homosexuality is a sin," said Harris, of Eastside Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia. "Love ... must not compromise the church's allegiance to scripture."

The homosexuality provision says that churches should not knowingly take any action to affirm, approve or endorse homosexual behavior. It was passed overwhelmingly with more than two-thirds of the vote.

Several representatives spoke against the measure. "To speak on this very issue is perilous," said Bill Self of John's Creek Baptist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia. "I want to ask one simple question. This year, the homosexuals. Who's next, churches that receive African-Americans? Churches that allow women in the ministry?"

Much of the same media confirmation of JCBC's open door policy toward homosexuals can be found on the below link:

Another link identifies Bill Self and Johns Creek Baptist Church as being "liberal", the very criticism Parks levels at his stalking victims:

All evidence, then, seems to indicate that despite Parks' repeated and aggressive anti-homosexual statements on his websites, his chatroom posts, and in harassing e-mails to his former friends, Parks is an active member of a liberal church which has stated as public record that they openly welcome practicing homosexuals without any call to change that behavior.  This is one of Parks' many contradictions.

Below is a summary of Parks' numerous contradictions:

1.    Parks falsely accuses others of having criminal records, yet he is the one who has criminal records for violence against women, including the open arrest warrant issued against him for harassing a woman.

2.    Parks falsely accuses others of abusing his children, yet the documentation clearly shows that there are no records of child abuse or even investigation for child abuse against the people Parks maliciously libels.  In fact, there is a 30-page document with Connecticut's Department of Children and Families against Parks for their uncompleted investigation into Parks' child abuse, neglect, and abandonment.  The investigation wasn't completed because Parks fled Connecticut.  On one of Parks' own rambling websites he actually admits that he was also investigated by Florida child protective services, apparently due to complaints made by neighbors or school officials (Parks blames his family members for making these complaints, but some of his family didn't even know that he lived in Florida).  The following excerpt is from one of Parks' rambling libelous websites (written by Parks in third person):

Ken Parks was investigated five times during his nearly 2 year stay in the hapless state of Connecticut from February, 1989-March, 1991. Ken recalls, "I had been working for a computer field service company and landed a much better job working for Mystech Associates. I was investigated several times by DCYS and the Rocky Hill PD. The investigations proved to be considerably more of harassment than fact. When I was transferred to Palm Bay, FL the harassing investigations continued."

Parks moved frequently when he lived in Florida, which is not surprising if child protective officials were trying to investigate complaints made against him.  Some of his addresses which have since been discovered were:  773 Brisbane Street, NE, Palm Bay; 1206 Sheaf Avenue NE, Palm Bay; 222 Moonbeam Road, Apopka; 1769 Summit Chase Avenue, Apopka.

Parks lost custody of his daughter in 1995 and thereafter his sons moved out and chose to live full time with their mother.  Parks gives the impression in his website ramblings that his children are still young and that he still has custody of them when in fact they are all adults and have not lived with their father for many years.

3.    Parks rails against others for being anti-government, yet Parks also makes blatant anti-government statements on his fraudulent etcministries website and on chatrooms.  He states that the IRS is a cult, and that he refuses to answer to the IRS' "doctrines of men" and their "legalism."  He also makes defamatory and libelous statements against judges and the police on his websites and on chatroom posts.

4.    Parks accuses others of being terrorists, yet Parks is the one with convictions and an open arrest warrant for physical violence and harassment against women.  Parks uses the Internet the exact same way that  extremist Islamic terrorists use the Internet -- to stalk and threaten with violence many people, including his own family members.

5.    Parks accuses others of being "Obsessive Compulsive."  Yet since 2000, when Parks initiated completely unprovoked and unwanted contact with literally dozens of people, he has made thousands of libelous and malicious chat room posts, sometimes posting for over 24 hours nearly continuously.  As of early 2007, there have been approximately 20 of Parks' websites removed by domestic and foreign webhost companies since 2000 because of his clear violations of Terms of Service.  As of early 2007, Parks has at least 6 websites, and every single site is one long, repetitive libelous attack against his family, his former friends, judges, the police, and complete strangers.

6.    Parks repeats over and over again how much he's being lied against, in spite of all of the documented evidence published about his criminal history,  yet he has not produced one shred of documentation to prove any of his maliciously libelous accusations against his victims for the simple reason that the victims of Parks' libelous stalking and harassment campaign have not committed any of the "atrocious deeds" he accuses them of committing.

7.    Parks falsely boasts ad nauseum on his many websites and chat room posts about having "won" his many pro se (without a lawyer) lawsuits against his harassment victims.  The legal record found on the ministrywarning home page shows that Parks has lost every one of his libelous, harassing pro se lawsuits.  He also currently has a judgment against him by Providian National Bank for over $6,000.  Again, Parks has yet to ever produce any documentation to show any of his professed pro se "wins."
