Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Cyber stalker Ken Parks has falsely claimed on web page after web page on his libelous web sites against his sister Paulette Buchanan of Colchester, Connecticut, that she is a failure at her career and that she is a poor educator and historian.  Parks has also falsely claimed that Mrs. Buchanan can't get employment as a teacher so she is employed as a librarian (she is actually a teacher; nonetheless, Parks seems to think that librarians are somehow lesser in intellect than teachers.  Many librarians in fact have degrees in history, as Mrs. Buchanan has as a teacher, in addition to having earned their MLA).  Below is a letter of reference and a letter of thanks demonstrating that Mrs. Buchanan has been recognized as an excellent teacher at the school where she has worked since the fall of 2000.  At the end of the 2008 school year, Mrs. Buchanan resigned from the school to pursue other career opportunities that allow for more flexibility to care for an elderly family member.  Also, click here to see copies of Mrs. Buchanan's university students' evaluations of her teaching skills.
