Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA. Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft. Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail. Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.
Ken Parks of Duluth, Georgia has admitted on chat forums that he files his baseless pro se lawsuits only to try to cause financial harm. Ken Parks' last harassing and libelous pro se lawsuit was dismissed in December 2004. For the court document regarding the dismissal of Ken Parks' harassing and baseless pro se lawsuit against his victim click here.
Despite the facts, Ken Parks has made repetitive contradictory false claims that he won his baseless 2004 pro se lawsuit against Paulette Buchanan by stating: 1) the court ordered that his victims pay him over $4,800.00, or 2) the court ordered his victims to pay the court over $4,800.00, or 3) the court ordered his victims to pay their attorney over $4,800.00.
The documents clearly show that the court did NOT award Parks any monetary award; in fact, in the attorney's fee hearing, the judge issued Parks a verbal warning that he was never to file another harassing and baseless pro se lawsuit because he would then be forced to pay his victims (click here for details). The documents show that the court did NOT order the Buchanans to pay either Parks, the court, or their attorney over $4,800.00. The documents show that there was no monetary order at all against the Buchanans. Moreover, the attorney for the Buchanans worked pro bono for part of the time he dealt with Parks' baseless pro se lawsuit attack against the Buchanans, and they were never billed by their attorney for any amount near or over $4,800.00. Part of the intent of the attorney's fee hearing was to have Parks pay the Buchanans' attorney the amount of over $4,800 as compensation for his pro bono work and the smaller amount that the Buchanans did pay their attorney to ensure that Parks would never file any more of his baseless pro se lawsuits against anyone. The judge issued Parks a warning that if he ever filed another baseless pro se lawsuit then he would be ordered to pay attorneys fees plus pay the court a monetary fine. Record of this judge's warning will be used if Parks ever resorts again to issuing any more of his baseless, libelous, and harassing pro se lawsuits against anyone.
Since 2004, Parks has claimed that he is in the process of filing yet another pro se lawsuit against Paulette Buchanan and his other cyberstalked victims. Since 2004 no one has ever received any form of lawsuit notification from Parks or anyone else.
Furthermore, Ken Parks has committed perjury by telling the judge that he would no longer harass his victims, yet he made chat room postings immediately after the court hearing falsely boasting that he had "won" his baseless pro se lawsuit (click here for details).
