Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Parks claims that two of his brothers are in support of his cyberstalking campaign against their sister, Paulette Buchanan, and all of the other victims of his cyberstalking activities (see below copy of document proving that Parks does not have that support).  Parks includes on his kenfactor website a photo of himself with those two brothers, Kevin and Kerry, taken at the wedding of Parks' oldest son in February, 2003.  During this wedding, Kevin Parks confronted his brother Ken Parks for all of the hateful ways he has treated his family and his own children (click here to see evidence from Parks' daughter about his abusiveness).  Kevin Parks reported to his family that Ken Parks broke down in tears and claimed he was sorry for all of the harm he has done to his family and his children.

A year later, in 2004, Kevin Parks confronted Ken Parks for including his name on his many defamatory, libelous, and malicious websites, and Ken Parks promised his brother he would remove everyone's names from his websites and stop his campaign of hate.  Instead, he published, and continues to publish even more maliciously libelous and threatening content against his family and his other victims.  Later in 2004 when Parks launched his baseless pro se lawsuit against his sister and her husband, he begged Kevin to loan him money for all of his costly filing fees (Parks made numerous filings as he added pages and motions to his baseless pro se lawsuit).  Parks' brother Kevin refused to loan him any money, and further confronted Parks on his malicious actions against his own family.  Kevin has told his family that he has not spoken to Parks since 2005, and Parks' own wife Joni confirmed this fact when Parks' mother spoke to her in the summer of 2007 in an effort to get her husband to stop cyberstalking and threatening people (see the ministrywarning homepage for more information on this 2007 telephone call).  During the same time that Parks was making court filings for his pro se lawsuit he was laid off from his job and he had told his brother Kevin that he was denied severence benefits because of his poor work performance.  Parks' victims were told by court staff that Parks was witnessed being in the Gwinnett County Courthouse, especially in the law library, on an almost daily basis and it was reported that he made the court staff feel very uncomfortable.  As detailed on the ministrywarning home page, and on other pages, Parks lost his baseless pro se lawsuit, as he has lost all his other harassing pro se lawsuits.  (Parks libelously claims that he "won" his pro se lawsuit and that the Buchanans had to pay over $4,800 dollars, but he makes numerous contradictions -- libelously claiming on some chatroom posts that they had to pay him over $4,800, then changing his story that they had to pay their attorney over $4,800, then changing his story yet again that they had to pay the court over $4,800.  The Buchanans didn't pay anyone over $4,800 to have Parks' baseless lawsuit dismissed and to have him receive a verbal warning to never file anymore of his pro se lawsuits again without incurring financial penalty.)

Below is a document signed by one of the brothers, Kerry, who Parks claims is in full support of his website terror campaign against his family, former friends, and many others.  In 2004, Kerry Parks provided the below letter to the Buchanan's attorney, who won for them a dismissal of Ken Parks' harassing lawsuit and the verbal warning of the judge to Parks that he was to never file any more pro se lawsuits against anyone in the Gwinnett County Courthouse.  In the below document Kerry Parks clearly states that he is in no way supportive of his brother Ken Parks libeling him and other family members:
