Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Parks has proven with his own words that he is paranoid.  On one of his malicious and harassing websites filled with lies against Paulette Buchanan, Parks admits that if he were paranoid he would contact her employer, get hold of her divorce papers and contact the Groton Town Police.  That is exactly what Parks has done, proving his overwhelming paranoia and his all-consuming obsession with trying to do everything he can to terrorize his innocent victims.  Parks sent a libelous and harassing e-mail to Mrs. Buchanan's employer in a failed attempt to get her fired (see copy of the e-mail further down this page); he obtained copies of her divorce papers in a futile attempt to find something scandalous to publish, but there was nothing because Mrs. Buchanan's divorce from her previous husband was completely legitimate and justified, and the court verdict of monetary award shows that; and Parks contacted the Groton Police in an attempt to find whatever information he could about several of his victims (claiming falsely that his victims caused problems for their neighbors).  Parks' actions and his own words clearly demonstrate that he is paranoid and obsessed with harming his many victims.  His web sites are viewed by his victims and their advocates as Parks' attempts to incite unwanted third party contact to harm them.

Paulette Buchanan - Thief? Paulette Buchanan has stolen photo images from one of Ken's web sites and has posted them on her libelous web site. The photo images are the exclusive properties of Ken Parks of Kenfactor.com. Paulette Buchanan has stolen the images for the purpose of her libelous and defamatory website, which has gone well beyond the protection of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Ken has considered writing to Paulette Buchanan about the aforementioned photo images belonging to him, but that letter might be considered “harassment” in her paranoid mind. Ken has decided to write the letter in this article. Paulette Buchanan, It is my understanding that two or more photographic images on your libelous website(s) were taken from my websites, belonging exclusively to me (Ken Parks). The aforementioned photographic images have been republished on your website without my permission. Consequently, I am demanding that the photographic images stolen from my websites and republished on your website be removed in their entirety. If you continue to republish the two photographic images (there may be more) that belong to me, I normally charge the professional photographer rate of publishing photo images on websites, $750.00 per image, a total of $1,500.00 for the two photo images that belong exclusively to me. If the said photo images are not removed from your website(s), I expect to receive payment in full of $1,500.00 USD within 30 days (formerly 90 days) of the notice of this letter. I check the IP addresses each day that hit my website and will know when you have hit this particular web page, hence the date of notice. Ken Parks barrickrevealed@yahoo.com The photographic images in question are shown as follows: UPDATE: As of January 24, 2007, Ken was notified that the two Connecticut malcontents have viewed the contents of this website including the above letter. Because of their agressive campaign to quash this respone web site to their libelous web site, Ken has decided to change the 90 days to 30 days. Failure to comply... Ken knows from experience and from reading the Holy Scriptures as to the character qualities of a troublemaker and one who plans malicious acts. Ken reflects, "If a person purposely and willfully commits acts of mischief, plans ways of evil, and has a mindset to cause injury to others such as libel and defamation, then they usually have a tendency to perform other criminal acts such as theft." Ken states, "If I had the paranoid mindset of Paulette Buchanan, I would petition the New London County Court for her divorce papers and find out about the domestic violence and other little things of interest. I would also contact the Groton Town Police Department to find out about the neighbor's complaints. And, I would contact her place of employment, XXXXXXXX where she works as XXXXXXXXXXXXXX." Ken continues, "However, I'm not a liar, I'm not a troublemaker, I'm not paranoid, and I have no obsessive compulsive disorder to do such things." Is Paulette Buchanan a thief? It appears that way! As usual, Parks' accusations against others apply only to himself.  His websites are filled with photos and logos used without permission -- stolen.  Photos of Parks on the Ministrywarning.com web site are cited as coming from his own web sites, as is legally permissable.  Parks, on the other hand, publishes pictures of some of his victims not only without their permission, but with repeated written documentation sent to him telling him to remove those pictures.  Since he first started publishing his numerous libelous and incendiary web sites in 2000, he has not only repeatedly refused to take down pictures, names and other personal information of victims that he libels and defames on his web sites, but he e-mailed responses in which he threatens to put up even more photos and personal information (this is what resulted in his fugitive status arrest warrant issued against him in Connecticut for harassment).  Parks regularly changes his web pages when he's been caught making self-incriminating statements, but these pages have been copied and documented, as authorities have advised his victims to do.

  Parks continually demonstrates his apparent dangerous mental illness, shown in the paranoia and obsession of his harassing web sites, e-mails and threats of baseless lawsuits (click here to see Parks' own admission that he files baseless lawsuits with the sole intent of financially harming victims).  His web sites are filled with nothing but lies with the clear and expressed purpose of making trouble for his victims and trying to incite others to harm his victims. 

Following is the libelous, harassing e-mail Parks sent to Mrs. Buchanan's employer in which he attempted to intimidate her employer by threatening lawsuits and to subpoena other employees.  Parks has been threatening for years to sue Mrs. Buchanan in federal court, but he has not because he knows he has absolutely no grounds for doing so, and he has already been verbally warned by a judge in his state that he will pay fines if he resumes his harassing pro se lawsuits.  Parks has lost his pro se lawsuits yet he repeatedly claims he has won every pro se lawsuit he's filed against his victims and he further falsely claims that thousands of dollars of court judgments have been issued against his victims.  Parks' actions clearly show in the below e-mail (in his own words) his paranoia and his obsession with trying to cause damage to his many victims.

Ken Parks is a predatory serial cyber-stalker who libels, harasses and threatens dozens of victims using the Internet.  He seems to enjoy inflicting pain on those who are going through circumstances out of their control such as cancer, divorce, job loss, etc., all the while hypocritically and self-righteously claiming to be doing the work of God.

Parks has issued death threats against his own family and others since the 1980s, claiming that the "voices of God" are telling him to do so.  If Parks will not murder his own victims by his own hand, then it strongly appears that his aggressive cyber stalking and Internet smear campaign is intended to incite third party attacks against his victims. 

Authorities in Georgia, Connecticut, and federal authorities are well aware of Parks' activities and have assured Parks' victims that they are keeping an eye on Parks' Internet activities.  Parks' victims have in fact been told that even though his current fugitive status arrest warrant was originally labeled "non-extraditable," extradition and additional arrest warrants are very possible given the escalation of Parks' aggressive Internet activities, especially if Parks' web sites result in unwanted third party contact.  Cyber stalked victims, including the victims of Parks' aggressive cyber stalking, have the full support of many outraged legislators and victim advocates who are working to enact stronger laws and ensure that those laws are fully enforced.  Victims of cyber stalking are strongly urged to contact their state and federal legislators to work for stronger cyber stalking laws and enforcement.
