Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.  Ken Parks continues his libel and harassment campaign on free web hosted web sites and chat rooms.

Below is Ken Parks' admission that he filed his baseless pro se lawsuit only to try to cause financial harm.  Ken Parks' harassing and libelous pro se lawsuit was dismissed in December 2004, yet Ken Parks has given a false impression that his harassing and libelous pro se lawsuit resulted in the court ordering the defendants to pay over $4,800.00. The court did NOT award Parks any monetary award, nor did the judge order Parks' victims to pay anyone over $4,800.00.  In fact the judge issued him a verbal warning that he was never to file another harassing and baseless pro se lawsuit because he would then be forced to pay his victims.  Furthermore, Ken Parks has committed perjury by telling the judge that he would no longer harass his victims, yet he made the below postings immediately after the court hearing.  For the court document regarding the dismissal of Ken Parks' harassing and baseless pro se lawsuit against his victim click here.

And, you do not have the foggiest idea what is going on... par for the course for a complete moron and biased buffoon! I accomplished all that was necessary regardless of the case being dismissed (Maybe that was something I wanted to happen). Considering that the defendants had to pay through the nose for a jerkwater lawyer, and I proved everything that was necessary in this most recent hearing... then I WON!!! I think the defendants are not so happy about the outcome... I think they may consider themselves as LOSERS. If I had to pay $4,868.38 for creating and publishing a malicious website composed of 20 pages of libelous and defamatory statements, then I might be a little upset. The other comment you made ... I guess alludes to my not being saved. It's refreshing to know that you are taking over in God's shoes and making decisions for Him... Hmmm...
