Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

On 22 October 2002, Providian National Bank filed a civil lawsuit against Ken Parks (aka, Kenneth F. Parks) in Orange County Circuit Court, 37 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 550, Orlando, FL  32801 (Court Telephone Number 407-836-5690).

The court ordered Ken Parks to pay Providian National Bank $6,287.  The Case Number is CCO 029805.

Ken Parks moved (fled) from Florida to Georgia in 2002.  He lived briefly with his oldest son and his son's fiancee in Georgia until they ordered him to leave their home a few months later.

According to contradictory statements Ken Parks has made on a resume he formerly posted on the Internet, Ken Parks claimed to be employed in Florida during this period of time.  Yet according to one of his previously posted web pages on one of his previous kenfactor web sites, he claims he was unemployed during this same period of time, that his unemployment benefits had expired, and that he was destitute.

As stated on the homepage of www.ministrywarning.com, a number of family members have been contacted by creditors looking for Ken Parks for his unpaid bills, and obviously for the above unpaid court judgment against him.

The court judgment against Ken Parks is yet another example of why Parks is a public danger.  He has caused, or has tried to cause, a great deal of financial harm to others.  This is especially pertinent given the fact that he has set himself up as a public figure seeking the public trust with his fraudulent home-based ETC Ministries.

Parks repeatedly boasts on his web sites that he has won every pro se (without a lawyer) lawsuit he's ever filed against his harassment victims, yet all of the court documentation presented on the homepage of www.ministrywarning.com clearly shows that he has lost his harassing and baseless pro se lawsuits.  In regards to the last baseless pro se lawsuit that he lost, filed against Paulette Buchanan in Gwinnett County Court, Georgia, he has contradicted himself multiple times claiming every time that he "won" the lawsuit and that Mrs. Buchanan was 1) ordered by the court to pay him over $4,800; 2) ordered by the court to pay the court over $4,800; 3) ordered to pay her attorney over $4,800.  As the court and attorney documentation shows, Parks lost his baseless pro se lawsuit against Paulette Buchanan, and she certainly was not ordered by the court to pay anyone over $4,800, nor did she pay that much to her attorney to ensure that Parks would never file any additional harassing pro se lawsuits against any of the victims he's been stalking since 2000.  Mrs. Buchanan's attorney did win from the judge a verbal order against Parks that if he filed anymore lawsuits he would be forced to pay his victims.  Paulette Buchanan did not pay her attorney anywhere near $4,800 to ensure a judge's warning against Parks, and the attorney in fact worked pro bono for Mrs. Buchanan after Parks' baseless pro se lawsuit was dismissed so as to petition the court to order Parks to stop harassing his victims by filing his baseless pro se lawsuits.  The monetary amount that the attorney sought in an attorney's fees motion was determined by the attorney in the event the judge did order Parks to pay attorney fees (including the attorney's pro bono time), regardless of the fact that his client Mrs. Buchanan had not spent that amount in actual attorney fees.  Also, as already explained in the homepage of www.ministrywarning.com, Mrs. Buchanan and her husband received an unexpected windfall of money which more than compensated for what they did pay their attorney (which was not anywhere near $4,800).  In actuality, given the filing fees and the time Parks spent at the courthouse, including time taken away from his former job (from which he was laid off without compensation because of his poor work performance), Parks paid far more to launch yet another of his dismissed pro se lawsuits than the Buchanans did to ensure that Parks can no longer file his harassing pro se lawsuits in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
