Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

    Ken Parks, leader of his fraudulent "ministry" and "charity" ETC Ministries of Duluth, Georgia, claims that he was audited by the Georgia Department of Revenue (apparently in 2006) due to "harassment" from those who have reported the truth about his fraudulent ETC Ministries.  Parks then claims he was given sympathy and issued a letter of apology from the Department of Revenue.  Although the Department of Revenue is legally bound to neither confirm nor deny whether they audited anyone, they stated emphatically that they NEVER issue any letters of apology to anyone they audit.  This can be confirmed by contacting the Georgia Department of Revenue at 404-417-2180.  Anyone who wishes to report Ken Parks' fraudulent ETC Ministries, or any problems arising from his unlicensed Fotos by Ken photography business or unlicensed Ansisoft computer business, or any other business possibly owned by him, can contact the Department of Revenue at this same telephone number.
