Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Ken Parks, leader of his fraudulent "ministry" and "charity" ETC Ministries of Duluth, Georgia, has also claimed previously on his websites that he was audited by the Georgia Department of Revenue due to "harassment" from those who have reported the truth about his fraudulent ETC Ministries.  Parks then claimed he was given sympathy and issued a letter of apology from the Department of Revenue.  In actuality Parks, who was operating a business he called Max Services, LLC, was sued by the Department of Revenue and was ordered to pay a judgment amount and, when he was employed, Parks' wages were garnished.

This court judgment against Ken Parks is yet another example of why Parks is a public danger.  He has caused, or has tried to cause, a great deal of financial harm to others.  This is especially pertinent given the fact that he has set himself up as a public figure seeking the public trust with his fraudulent home-based ETC Ministries.

Anyone who wishes to report Ken Parks' fraudulent ETC Ministries, or any problems arising from his unlicensed Fotos by Ken photography business, unlicensed Atlanta Max Photo photography business, Ansisoft computer business, or any other business possibly owned by him (and typically not registered or licensed with the state of Georgia), can contact the Department of Revenue at 404-417-2180.

A report is also on file against Ken Parks and his fraudulent ETC Ministries with the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs.  Anyone wishing to file additional complaints against Parks' fraudulent "ministry" or his unlicensed businesses, Atlanta Max Photo, Fotos by Ken, and Ansisoft, can contact the Office of Consumer Affairs at 404-656-3790. .
