Ken Parks' spoofed emails

Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft. Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail. Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Below is evidence of Parks obsessively harassing and stalking his former friends and acquaintences by using spoofed e-mail addresses with variations of his victims' names. These victims had previously blocked Parks' known e-mail addresses from being received by them.

Well, Ken is at it again. This time writing to everyone who he has the email address for in the ggggggggg. He apparently has “spoofed” the email system so that the emails look like they are coming from me. So of course, all of the emails are getting opened. I did not receive his email since he was using my email address. I’ve asked to get a copy of the email and should have it shortly.

I got a call from ggggggg, she got an email from "you" today. So she opened it. It was a long letter and at the end he signed his name. She responded, thinking it would go to you, and it went back to him. He wrote her back and said he was sorry he had to use this tactic.

He is using gggggggg instead of the right way. He sent the original message to all the people on the Group list she said. I asked her to put on the web site that this is not you and don't open it. Probably too late. You can imagine the topic.

Be careful out there.

I'm so glad these weren't from you.
Welcome back.
Given that he is admitting to deception, perhaps there is still a crime
here. Maybe not worth it to prosecute, though. Do you think he is dangerous
in any way? I checked out his website last year and it didn't take long to
realize that his bitterness over ggg and his own erroneous doctrine has
made him off balance. ( I'm biting my tongue!)
When I had cancer (25 yrs. ago), and was suffering with surgeries,
chemotherapy and the thought of leaving my 4 yr. olds motherless, I got a
letter from them saying that there must be sin in my life. There wasn't.
Job's friends. Can you imagine saying something like that to someone in my
circumstances? We were not close, either. Just acquaintences.
Oh well.

Hi gggg and ggggg - Apparently, some members of our ggggggggg Yahoo group received an email "from" gggg that was all about homosexuality and its evils. It was from Ken, who did something to fake an address to make it look like the email was from gggg. I didn't get the email, but quite a few members did. gggg was just wondering what was going on with Ken these days, since he'll have to address this issue with Yahoo at least. It is difficult to critique your comments without passing judgment. Nonetheless, as you would certainly understand, I make the following observations for edification, not for condemnation. I am not the Judge.

I will speak only for myself when I say that I am deeply offended by your writings, and am equally concerned for you. From your writing and your tactics, you seem to be operating from a spirit of judgment, rather than living in the freedom of Jesus’ laws of love and mercy.

1. It appears that you have been keeping files on your “top ten sinners” for some time, as indicated by the fact that you “found this above article [the one written by ggggggg] a few years ago.” Doesn’t this run counter to the message of the gospel, where Jesus simultaneously indicates both our universal sinfulness and God’s universally-available mercy?

When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "Let anyone among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her." John 8:7

2. Why then do you seek to judge others; how can you “play God” and declare their eternal disposition?

3. And if you must persist in judging others, by their “fruits” instead of by their internal disposition – which is known only to God! – then do you not condemn yourself as well? For you have chosen deceitful means to spread your message, usurping others’ names and email addresses. Since you yourself say that “there are many warnings listed in the Bible concerning deception,” and you go onto quote 1 John 4:1, “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God; for many false prophets have gone out into the world,” then does not your deceitful tactic put you in this same category? Should we not heed this warning and apply it you?

5. To quote you again – you cite Matthew 7:20, “Thus you will know them by their fruits.” Jesus’ point was that fruits are visible and tangible things. We can see them, smell them, taste them. If we want to discern the health or status of a tree, examining its fruit is an excellent starting place. From everything I have learned about ggg and ggg, their “fruits” typify those listed by Paul.

However, I refuse to stand in judgment, either of them, or of others, or of you, or of myself. I trust that the love of Jesus Christ is sufficient. If God has issues with any of us, let God deal with us individually. Who are we to help God keep his ledger record straight?

I will keep you and all of the gggggggg in prayer, that there be not a spirit of dissension and factionalism among you, but instead a Spirit of love, joy, generosity, gentleness. Cf. Galatians 5:20-24.

As you well know, I have been ceremoniously ostracized and excommunicated from the ggg. My name is not even listed in their databases; sort of “blotted out” from the book of ggg you might say.

Being that my other e-mail account has been blocked, I had to resort to a means that would possibly gather some attention. Hence, I have used the names of gggggg, gggggg and ggggggg (notice the two “i”s) to accomplish this. I have been accused of doing this as a “scam,” regardless of the fact that I identified myself from the onset in the open e-mail to gggg and cc’d members. Oh well! . . . .

Yes, gggggggg, the former ggg member and publicly acclaimed homosexual, is on my radarscope. He, his family, and his former associates, including ggg members, don’t seem to be concerned about this matter. Well, I do. . . . .
