Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

Ken Parks' kenfactor web site is hosted by free-domain web host company co.nr, which also hosts or has hosted terrorists' web sites.  The below articles demonstrate this fact.  Certain web host companies either don't have a Terms of Service Agreement with their clients, or, like co.nr, they don't enforce their own Terms of Service Agreements regarding illegal activities.  This problem is what enables terrorists -- whether cyber terrorists like Ken Parks or more violent terrorists like those supportive of al Qaida -- to freely use the Internet to commit evil against innocent people.

Efforts were made to notify co.nr of Ken Parks' violation of their Terms of Service Agreement.  As noted in articles above, government agencies made complaints to co.nr regarding terrorists' web sites hosted by co.nr, and co.nr refused to remove those violators.  Co.nr has likewise refused to honor its TOS regarding Ken Parks' violation of writing libelous, defamatory and harassing content to his co.nr-hosted web site.
