CO.NR failure to uphold terms of service

Max is an alias Parks adopted around 2006. Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Johns Creek / Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft. Parks' licensed home-based businesses Weddings Thru The Lens LLC / Photoworkshops TTL, LLC were only licensed in June, 2011 after Parks was ordered to do so by court order from the Johns Creek Municipal Court. Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail. Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

An example of statements from an unethical web host company, CO.NR, which is aiding and abetting Ken Parks of 11950 Carriage Park Lane, in Duluth, Georgia. Ken Parks is a fugitive wanted for the crime of harassment in the state of Connecticut. He also has a previous conviction in Georgia for battery and trespass in crimes against women. CO.NR, a host company with a reputation for hosting terrorist web sites, hosts Ken Parks' libelous and defamatory kenfactor web site. Since about 2001 at least 10 other previous host companies removed Parks' previous kentoday and kenfactor websites because of their defamatory, libelous and harassing content. Ken Parks is also the "ministry leader" of his one-man ETC Ministries (not registered with the IRS).

you must provide doubtless proof that THAT EXACT site is illegal
or that it performs illegal activities.
(legal documents, references on the site, etc.)
We can not do it for you, thats your homework, OK?

You claim that the owner of that site is a criminal, however
even if he/she really is, this DOES NOT mean the site in question
is illegal. Do you understand the difference?

Please do not email us any more untill you are ready to
provide the proof:

- links to EXACT web pages with reference to EXACT text that
proves the illegal content/activities on http://bb.1asphost.com/kenfactor/

- legal documents that state that the EXACT texts on the
site (http://bb.1asphost.com/kenfactor/) are illegal

- etc.

And please stop threaten us. This way you are not going to
get any real help. Instead please DO CARE to collect the proof
if you think that the site does something wrong. Thank you.
