    Ken Parks' previous kenfactor chat forum was hosted by free-domain chat forum host company forumer.com, which also hosts or has hosted terrorists' web sites.  The below articles demonstrate this fact.  Certain chat forum host companies either don't have a Terms of Service Agreement with their clients, or, like forumer.com, they don't enforce their own Terms of Service Agreements regarding illegal activities.  This problem is what enables terrorists -- whether cyber terrorists like Ken Parks or more violent terrorists like those supportive of al Qaida -- to freely use the Internet to commit evil against innocent people.

    Efforts were made to contact forumer.com regarding Ken Parks' violation of their Terms of Service Agreement, but forumer.com never responded to any abuse complaints.  Finally, in December, 2006, the parent company of Forumer required that Parks' forum be removed due to its clear violation of Terms of Service.
