Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA.  Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft.  Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail.  Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.

    Ken Parks uses a multitude of avatars on message boards and chat forums.  In addition to the avatars Churchill, Churchill_Duluth, Mirage, Blepo, Detego Maximus, and Paranoia Polly, the following other avatars are also used by Parks:  Lancer, bruce_almighty, etcministries, barrickrevealed, etc guy.  He is also suspected of using the avatars Cluckyx and Vinny.  

    Parks often carries on extensive monologues with himself posting under different avatars on the same message board or chat forum so as to appear to be having conversations with multiple people on those chat forums and message boards.  On the forum FACTnet, Parks posted using the the same IP address for two of his avatars etcministries and bruce_almighty.  Once he was caught at that, thereafter he posted up the same avatars with two different IP addresses (as seen below) 

    Parks may also use the avatars of those he's been harassing so as to make incriminating posts in their names.  One such avatar he may use for this purpose is Sojourn.

    Below is a sample of two of FACTnet's message board members' posts (daikon and pointlessshrew) in which they confronted Parks on his use of multiple avatars to carry on conversations with himself:
