Click here to return to the Ministrywarning web site regarding convicted criminal and fugitive Ken Parks of Duluth, GA. Parks runs a fraudulent "ministry" and "charity," that he calls ETC Ministries, last known to be operated from his residence in Duluth, as well as unlicensed businesses AtlantaMAXPhoto, Fotos by Ken and Ansisoft. Since 2000, Parks has been consumed with stalking, harassing, and threatening numerous people, including those in his own family, via web sites, chatrooms, e-mail and regular mail. Parks falsely claims he has won all of his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in fact the documentation shows he has actually lost his lawsuits.
On Ken Parks' kenfactor websites and chatroom posts, he boasts that he "won" his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuit against the victims who partnered with others to publish truthful website content against Parks after his multi-year stalking, libel and harassment campaign on the internet via his multiple websites and chatroom posts. In fact, Ken Parks' baseless, libelous and harassing pro se lawsuit was not only dismissed, he was verbally warned by a judge to never again bring another of his pro se lawsuits into the Gwinnett County Court or he would be financially penalized. Parks has also implied that he won a monetary award against the victims of his pro se lawsuit. In fact, there was no court ordered judgment in Parks' favor, as he has lied there was; rather, the victims' attorney worked pro bono (without fees) after Parks' lawsuit was dismissed. All attorney fees paid by the victims to their attorney were more than compensated by an unexpected windfall of monies the victims received that were above the monies paid to the victims' attorney. The $4,868.38 Parks claims his victims had to spend for attorney fees is the amount the attorney made claim before the court for his pro bono work for Parks' victims in addition to the lesser fees that he actually charged Parks' victims to work to have Parks banned from filing anymore of his baseless and harassing pro se lawsuits. Parks, however, is still in danger of having to pay this full amount or more in court fines and judgment against him if he pursues anymore of his frivolous and harassing pro se lawsuits. In relative terms, Parks spent more money pursuing his baseless and libelous pro se lawsuit than his victims spent to ensure he will be penalized if he files anymore of his baseless pro se lawsuits. And the truthful and well documented public warning website against him still remains.
