For the following reasons, alarm bells should ring loud and long for anyone who reads Ken Parks' ETC Ministries website statements:
1. Parks' ETC Ministries is not registered as a tax exempt ministry or charity with either the IRS or with Georgia's Department of Revenue, and more alarmingly Parks actually boasts that he has no intention to ever make himself financially accountable to anyone, either private individuals or government agencies.
2. Parks is a convicted criminal and is currently a wanted fugitive in the state of Connecticut for the crime of harassment. Since Parks has shown reckless disregard for the well-being and rights of many others whom he's harassed and against whom he's committed violent crimes, there is no logical way he can show any true compassion for people he claims he's serving in his fraudulent ministry or charity.
3. Parks boasts that he's "won" his baseless pro se lawsuits against his harassment victims, when in fact he has lost each and every one of his pro se lawsuits, as described and documented on the Ministry Warning homepage. He has never been awarded any monetary judgment, and his boasts that he cost one of his pro se lawsuit victims over $4,000 is also a lie, as proven by documentation on the Ministry Warning homepage. Parks has boasted in chat forums that it is his direct intention in filing his pro se lawsuits to try to cause as much financial damage as possible to his harassment victims. In each of his dismissed pro se lawsuits he has demanded $5 million in baseless and fraudulent "damages." Why would any potential donors wish to open themselves up to this kind of serious harassment campaign by Parks?
4. Parks never identifies himself nor any qualifications he has to run a "ministry" or "charity." His lack of qualifications are described on the Ministry Warning homepage.
5. Parks never identifies the "we" he refers to as partners in his "ministry" or "charity." He also claims to be allied with a church, yet he does not name the church. Might the "we" he's referring to be fellow cyberstalkers and apparent scammers Bernardino de Vincenzi and Altervista's Gianluca Danesin, both of Italy? Any legitimate ministry or charity identifies by name and physical street address and phone number all of those individuals who run the organization and who are associated with that organization.
6. Parks claims that he doesn't reveal how much monies he's taking in to supposedly provide assistance to the "poor and needy" because he states that he's not one to "blow the trumpet" to announce his "good deeds." Yet he blatantly contradicts himself by boasting about how "prosperous" his fraudulent ministry or charity is.
7. Parks' libelous, harassing, and desperate attacks against innocent people on his website should only further warn people of Parks' criminal mindset. It seems glaringly apparent that Parks has no intention of using any unwise person's donations to help the "poor and needy" but rather to use the monies for his own selfish purposes. 8. Below are further indications that Parks is deliberately operating his ETC Ministries secretively and dishonestly, claiming that his Italian "friend" is posting his fraudulent "ministry" and "charity" website for him in an Italian name, address, and other contact information. Journalist Michael Barrick, who has written for Ministry Watch and other media, contacted Ken Parks in the spring of 2005 to ask him about his "ministry." Below are the content of the e-mails, in which Parks shows himself to be defensive, paranoid, and rude when merely asked about his "ministry":

and we invite you to participate with us in shedding light on your ministry and
its purpose. We look forward to a prompt response.
